●原則として当館の管轄地域（ニューヨーク州、ニュージャージー州、ペンシルベニア州、デラウエア州、ウエストバージニア州、コネティカット州（フェアフィールド郡のみ）、プエルトリコ、U.S.バージン諸島）在住の方のみ申請できます。
● 予約を入れる際には１家族１枠でお願い致します。
● 翌日から45日先までの予約が可能です。オンライン予約で不可となっている日時はお電話いただいても予約できません。
● In principle, you can make an appointment if you are currently residing within the jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Japan in New York. The jurisdiction consists of New York, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, West Virginia and Connecticut (Fairfield County only).
● If more than one family member is visiting the Consulate, please make one appointment for the entire family/group.
● You may schedule an appointment up to 45 days in advance. We cannot make an appointment for unavailable time slots even if you call us.
Please prepare ALL the required documentation for your application before scheduling an appointment. We may not be able to accept your application if you are missing any required documents.
No-shows cause inconvenience and prevent scheduling of other applicants who wish to schedule an urgent application.
